These Service Terms outline the conditions under which Swift Tyre Manchester provides mobile tyre-related work. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following.

1. Scope of service

We perform mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair (where safe and permitted), and related checks at customer-specified locations in and around Manchester. Service availability may vary depending on weather, traffic, and stock supply.

2. Booking and confirmation

Appointments are arranged via phone, email, or the online form. Bookings become valid only once confirmed by our team. Estimated arrival windows are approximate; delays caused by traffic or emergency conditions will be communicated as soon as possible.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless noted otherwise. Payment is due upon completion unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed beforehand. Additional charges may apply for specialist tyres, TPMS sensors, or complex wheel access.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers must provide a safe and legal space for our van to operate and ensure that the locking wheel nut key is available if required. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

5. Liability and limitations

Swift Tyre Manchester takes reasonable care to perform work to recognised industry standards. We are not responsible for consequential losses such as missed appointments or onward travel delays. All fitted tyres remain the customer’s responsibility once the job is complete and payment confirmed.

6. Data and privacy

Personal information collected during booking is processed according to our Privacy Notice. Contact details are used solely for service and record-keeping purposes.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled through local courts situated within the jurisdiction of Manchester.
